ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We only accept unworn and unsoiled (without perfume, makeup, or body odor) merchandise within 10 days of receipt with original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS! We do have the right to turn away clothing that is not found to be in mint condition. Jewelry, SALE/Discounted items, and accessories are FINAL SALE and NON REFUNDABLE. Only store credit will be given for clothing returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you send us back a final sale item, we will return it to sender. For more than one item that is returned, we do charge a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from the original price of the item. Remaining store credit will be issued via gift card code to your email.
Unfortunately, we carry a limited supply of items and cannot guarantee that other sizes will be in stock at the time of the exchange. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for Shipping. Orders over $75 ship for FREE!
We offer FREE shipping in the U.S. for orders $75 and up.
Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following day (excluding the weekend and holidays).
We ship everything PRIORITY or FIRST CLASS USPS with tracking numbers that are emailed when the package goes out. Please expect your package in 1-3 business days. In the rare event, that USPS cannot verify your shipping address, we will make three attempts to contact you via email to ensure shipment will be made. If we are unable to contact you, the package will be sent to your billing address on the receipt.
Items that are returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if address is not corrected.
