We only accept unworn/unsoiled merchandise (without perfume, makeup, or body odor) within 10 days of receipt with original tags attached. You MUST send return items back with packing slip. Failure to return items back within 10 days may result in your return not being honored.

We charge a flat rate of $9.00 for Regular Shipping & $12.50 for Priority Shipping that is based on heavier weights and bulk items.
We do offer FREE shipping in the U.S. for orders $99 and up.
International Shipping Rates are $25.00.
Please allow up to 7-10 days for processing and shipping. We do try to ship items as soon as possible (excluding the weekends, out of town show dates, and holidays). We are NOT Amazon Prime. We are a small woman-owned business.
We ship everything PRIORITY or FIRST CLASS USPS with tracking numbers that are emailed when the package goes out. Tracking information will tell you where your package is on route! Unfortunately, once your package leaves our warehouse, it is USPS's sole responsibility. We will NOT be held responsible for lost, stolen, slow in transit, or missing packages. If you must file a claim, please go to usps.gov website to file. We do encourage you to use Route Shipping insurance.
ROUTE Shipping Insurance- We now offer Route Shipping Insurance! For a small fee, you may ensure your package and get detailed shipping updates and a FULL refund if your package becomes lost. We highly recommend using them!
COVID CLAUSE - with the increase of online shopping, USPS is experiencing higher volume than normal and longer shipping times. Please allow 10-12 business days for arrival. HIGH VOLUME SHIPPING TIMES - If you order during November through December, please expect your package in 12-14 business days.
In the rare event, that USPS cannot verify your shipping address, we will make three attempts to contact you via email to ensure shipment will be made. If we are unable to contact you, the package will be sent to your billing address on the receipt. Items that are returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, will be held until customer reaches out with correct address.
